FeaturedCommentsyour makeup is great! have you ever considered a career in the theater?
also, what kind of makeup do you use? thank you for the compliment and the fave
yeah,i have...and regret sometimes, that i´ve become a gardener... uhm, water based cake make-up from diamond fx and eulenspiegel hmm
i think you should invest in some ben nye makeup sometime. the theater could use someone with your skills good money in make up art too. i just visit their homepage...and WOW i have never seen such professional make up
ok,before i can use this,i have to learn this summer from professional bodypainters, how to use it but im glad, that you gave me this hint hehe, maybe but im pretty sure that i would loose my interest in it,if i can´t do it only just for fun i like to think that doing it for the theater is fun, i just hope it would be for you too
it is the professional makeup, and i dont think it requires any professional training. you can probably borrow videos from libraries and collages that teach you to use it because its from the same company. ben nye puts out (or has put out before) lots of videos on different subjects. everything from street makeup to fantasy body painting it is good stuff though. easy to put on, light, easy to work with, easy to clean. even if you dont do it for theater, it makes a big difference working with ben nye compared to any other makeup. you should check it out with some spare cash and try that lion again the lion was my favorite.... sure, beeing trained with this stuff is not a necessary
but i want to create some really impressive bodypaintings and some´´know-how´´would be quite useful ...about the videos...haha,although it´s so obvious,i really haven´t thought about that anyway, ben nye looks a lot better than this overpriced clown make-up from germany im curious to work with all this shades LOL,yeah it would be worth it to redo the lion with ben nye |
